Our Investors benefit from an annual preferred return, which is set at 6 percent of the initial investment. The carry on top of the base performance is built on a 4/10 rate split, additional to the preferred return which caps an additional 40% per annum potential for investors. We are collaborating with professional high net worth individuals to establish transparent successful long-term capital growth. 

Investment period

Our fund is set to last for 6 years to ensure exponential growth to our portfolio which enables our investor exit returns to be more than 100% on initial capital allocations. With our waterfall method we provide a deal by deal method, that includes a catch-up on profits by the general partner to ensure investors returns security if the annual preferred return cannot be met. In addition, our fund investors are part of the decisional process of the acquisition and the exit of our portfolio companies.

To ensure a secure preferred return guarantee, we invest throughout 6 industries within four regions within the Eurozone which are stable emerged markets (Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Lichtenstein).
